Hi, I’m Sunni!
I’ve made some bold moves in my life—leaving a prestigious legal career, moving across the world a number of times, and leaving the multiple comfort zones I created. Each of these moments wasn’t just a leap into the unknown, but a stepping stone on a journey towards something greater.
At the heart of it all, courage has been my guide. And the more I’ve leaned into it, the more my life has expanded in ways I never imagined.
Most days, you’ll find me swimming in the crystal-clear waters of the Mexican Caribbean, just steps from my home. Other times, I’m deeply immersed in sessions with clients from all over the world, helping them connect with deeper parts of themselves and rewrite their stories. You might also find me whipping up delicious vegan meals and sharing meaningful moments with the community of healers and friends I’ve built here.
In every moment, I’m choosing love. Love for me, my community and the people I serve.
But it hasn’t always been this way. The abuse I experienced as a child caused me to shut down my gifts. I wore masks, and contorted myself into roles that didn’t fit, all in a bid to be loved and accepted.
The wounds I had experienced as a child made me feel as if I was deeply defective and I thought if I could achieve a “normal life" everything would be fine. But that didn’t work. I ignored my inner truth and pushed away my psychic gifts so they wouldn’t interfere with my professional identity.
My healing journey didn’t happen overnight. It started early with the help of psychologists in my early 20s, then various healing modalities that pushed me out of my professional comfort zone. When I decided to explore the world as a solo traveler, each trip began to chip away at my true desires and authentic soul. I began to take small steps towards the life I wanted. I created evidence of what was possible and learned to trust myself more with each step of bravery.
In my journey, courage to create change from within formed the transformation I needed.
Making space for deep reflection, revealing unconscious patterns, coupled with concrete action is the transformative value my coaching offers.
The courageous choices I’ve made helps me meet my clients exactly where they are. Many of them are shedding relationships, careers, or even physical locations. I know what that feels like. When I left my successful legal career to volunteer, travel, and write, people thought I was crazy. But what I discovered is that bravery is stepping into the unknown, trying new things, and redefining life on your own terms.

It’s in this space of letting go—of expectations, societal roles, and limiting beliefs—that’s where we find freedom, joy, excitement, love, and inspiration. I’ve come to see how so many of us stay stuck in patterns for years, sometimes even decades, as our soul and ego wrestle us each step of the way. But there comes a point when something breaks down—a job, a relationship, a status—and we find ourselves at the threshold of change.
In these moments, we have no choice but to take action, to step into our truth, and embrace the path that feels most aligned with who we truly are.
