Water is one of the most powerful healing environments there is. It allows the nervous system to soften, emotions to surface, and the body to release what it has been holding.
I offer water therapy sessions combining somatic release, womb healing, fear-of-water work, and deep relaxation — in water, in person, in a safe and held space.
Because each session depends on weather, location, and what's right for you, water therapy is booked directly with me rather than online.

Water Therapy
