I draw from a range of modalities depending on what is alive for you — Parts Work, inner child work, somatic tools, cycle-breaking and relational pattern work, energetic clearing, and the intuitive guidance that has always been part of how I work. The methodology shifts; the container holds.

In a single session, we are just beginning. The shifts you came for live in the integration that follows — in the rhythm, the trust, and the work between sessions. That is why I no longer offer therapeutic coaching as a one-off booking. Held in Practice is a container — a yes from me and a yes from you that we are in this for real change.

What is Parts Work?

Parts Work is one of the primary methodologies I draw from inside Held in Practice. It is a therapeutic approach that helps you explore the different aspects of yourself. We all have different "parts" within us – such as the inner child, the critic, or the protector – that shape our emotions, thoughts, and behaviors. These parts often hold unresolved feelings or past traumas, which can impact how we experience life today.

In a Parts Work session, we work together to identify, understand, and heal these inner parts. By accessing and connecting with them, you can release old patterns, gain deep self-awareness, create harmony within and freedom to move forward. My primary approach to Parts Work is to get you into a safe, relaxed space to enable you to work with your unconscious and access the memories that are holding you back, to integrate them, heal, and move forward with clarity.
